Self Defense Class

Join us on March 7th from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn self-defence skills with Alexandra Wiseman! This event is for women-identifying and non-binary folks, age 18+ who want to feel empowered in learning strategies to protect their personal safety. The class will be at 206 Piccadilly Street (Reimagine Co), please wear comfortable clothing and footwear as well as a yoga mat if you have one. This class is free of charge but requires registration through the QX website. We're looking forward to seeing you there!!
