1. Where are you located?

We are located at 171 Queens Ave., London, ON, on the 4th floor, Unit 420. The building's entrance is located on the Queens Ave side. If you’re attending an event and find the door locked, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’ll be happy to meet you at the door!

2. What if I am in crisis and need support?

While we are committed to supporting our community in various ways, we want to acknowledge that we do not offer crisis management services. If you are in need of immediate assistance or experiencing a crisis, we encourage you to reach out to professional crisis support services or local emergency resources that can provide the specialized help you deserve. click here.

3. How can I rent your space?

That is a great question. Please fill out our space booking form (click here) and provide the details. Once you have submitted, one of our volunteers will contact you.

4. How can I access your Food Pantry?

We recognize that food insecurity is increasingly affecting individuals and families in our community. If you are part of our community, you are welcome to access our food pantry every two weeks during designated drop-in hours or through any QX-led programming. Our pantry is stocked entirely through generous donations, so the availability of items may vary. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that individuals limit their selection to 10 items per visit, in accordance with our guidelines.

5. How can I access gender-affirming clothing?

Our clothing closet continues to grow with a diverse range of options for all needs. Whether you're seeking seasonal attire or exploring a new style, we invite you to come explore our selection. A small changing area is available for those who wish to try items on. Please note that our closet is stocked entirely through donations, so the availability of items may fluctuate. If you are part of our community, you are welcome to access this closet during designated drop-in hours or through any QX-led programming.

6. Do I need to register to attend your events?

Great question! The best way to find out about our upcoming events is by visiting our events page (click here), where you'll find a comprehensive list of all scheduled activities. Please follow the instructions provided on the page to register. We ask for registrations to help us prepare appropriately for each event and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Our events are made possible by the dedication of our generous volunteers, and we want to be mindful of their time and efforts by providing them with an accurate headcount.
